After escaping the jaws of death, the little network that could is back after receiving a donation to remain online. Site owner, Ouren, is determined to build a community around MORPGs, independent videogames, film, and design. Plans to re-launch the Opera Gaming Network (OGN) are well underway and things look promising.

• New blogging posts made by community members.
• Finally! A new forum!
• Live and active RP on the forums, headed by Anthonie.
• New OGN community manager.
• Shiny new podcast that will go up on the iTunes store.
• SilverQuest’s expansion town finally released.
• Community games will be featured every month.

After celebrating its one-year anniversary OGN’s flagship title, SilverQuest, is to be shut down, but should return in the coming months with new features and improved gameplay. Great news for those who loved the rogue-like videogames of the ’80s.
